Smile at life

Somtime we have to face sorrow and difficulty in life. There are moments when it seems everything is over. But at that very moment, if someone comes to us and consoles us with a gentle smile, then that smile should awaken new hope in our minds. The person who gives us a smile instead of comfort may not utter a word, but the smile on his face tries to tell us that ‘everything will be fine’. This half-hearted statement of his can probably be felt deeply in the depths of our hearts.

There are many such incidents in my own life, even though I am sad at times, I want to smile a little. Surprisingly, it is that smile that gradually lightens the mind. Maybe the problems are still there, but the burden of those problems is reduced a lot. So I think that laughter is like a kind of mental medicine, which has no side effects. Which always benefits us and does not harm us.

We need to always remember one small thing in life, a real smile is never just an expression on the face, but it comes from the depths of the mind. When the mind is good, it spreads around. When we smile, others also start smiling unknowingly. It is like a wave of happiness that touches the people around.

I often see, when a small child on the street smiles with joy, I also smile without knowing it. Because seeing the smile of that child brings a smile on my face and I remember those fun moments of my childhood. At that moment I realized that happiness doesn't require anything big. Just a sincere smile is enough. Smile connects people to people, gives peace and good feeling.

To me, smile means not only joy, it is a way to express gratitude to life. No matter how many challenges life brings, I still think that a smile awakens our inner strength. Smile is a means of finding peace within ourselves, maintaining self-confidence and serving positive energy to others. This is one of the special qualities of smile.

I consider that our smile is a precious present now not best to ourselves, but to others as properly. We might also now and again assume that our smile is less precious, however in fact, it can carry light to a person's life. How, do you believe this? A easy smile from us can create new hope in a courting, and it can guarantee that a person lives once more.

Life is not always easy, but if we welcome every moment with a smile, even difficult times will seem a little easier. Therefore we can give the message of hope through smile.
