Steem retrogames: Today's Challenge and Score
How is everyone? Today, as a gamer myself, I admit that playing the paid mode of Steem RetroGames is a different feeling. There was a slight tension at the beginning of the game, because if you make a mistake in the paid mode, you can't start again, you only have one life, one challenge.
This morning, I got some free time and opened Steem RetroGames. I thought, let's see how far my skills really go. After starting the game, I decided to record this entire gaming session on video. Then I started the game with my heart. During the game, I kept thinking—one small mistake is all over! So I was careful at every moment and collected the clock icon, trying to collect points continuously.
The interface and sound of the game were absolutely amazing while playing, especially when life started decreasing, the excitement increased a little. Regardless of age or experience, every round I felt like “I have to do better—I want a record today!” My hands were shaking sometimes, because if I made a mistake, it's over!
Finally, the score in today's challenge was 1286! I was a little surprised myself. I immediately took a screenshot for memory—and of course to share with all of you! After the game was over, I felt that this excitement and a little tension were the fun of gaming. As a reminder of that score, I am giving my screenshot below:
I also recorded the entire game playing time on video. In the future, I will learn from my mistakes and prepare more to break my own record. The challenge of playing in paid mode is different—if you are not careful, the score does not progress, but it is a great thrill!
