in Scouts y sus Amigos3 days ago (edited)

Hi Guys,
@Sampson01 is here again. Today, I will be writing on what has been my best project so far. My experience I had was as an usher at INNOVATE’25, a major Web3 and blockchain conference that lasted for 3days

My INNOVATE’25 Experience

I went to the event with one of the Steemians @us-andrew . The three-day event was nothing short of amazing, with over 2,500 participants, 200+ volunteers, and 20+ sponsors, it brought together tech lovers, developers, and innovators from all over Nigeria

Day One
It kicked off with a high-energy Hackathon, where creators built real-time Web3 projects. It felt like watching a tech movie!

Day Two
It was full of learning, panel discussions, big speeches on DeFi and blockchain, and powerful connections being made.

Day Three
It was wrapped up with exhibitions, a brain teaser challenge, and an award ceremony.

My Role as an Usher
As an usher in the event, my role was to guide guests, who came for the event, coordinate sessions, and support the event flow. It gave me a deeper appreciation for teamwork and planning

Green Carpet Brain Teaser Challenge
The Green Carpet Brain Teaser Challenge session was a fun live quiz on Web3 and blockchain. It started when the main event was ongoing.
It brought laughter, learning, and healthy competition among attendees.
A big thanks to qwineno18,OlympusInsights and OLiNigeria for organizing it

A Life-Changing Moment : A Job Secured
One moment that really stood out to me was when an attendee of the event actually got a job offer from a group of twitter users called Chaindustry right there at the event

This experience reminded me that even the smallest roles like ushering or hosting a giveaway can create lasting change in a community.
INNOVATE’25 was not just another event, it was a whole movement. I’m honestly proud to have been part of it.
