The July contest #2 by sduttaskitchen| Feel good factors in my life!
Finding your own way of feeling happy and good is blissful, because that does not make you depend on anyone to make you feel good and happy. There are times when we all feel low and we need something to boost back our morale.
Which factors kick you from inside to restart yourself?
I believe that my happiness and well being is my responsibility and for that I should not depend on anyone else, that someone else should do something to make me feel good. Or it should not even be dependent on anyone else that if someone particular is there in my life only then I will feel good. I need to find my own ways to be joyful and in a good state of mind. I want to be happy at all times, because I understand that my well-being is in me being joyful and not with me being unhappy. If I will be unhappy then it will impact my health and well-being. Overall I would like to be a cheerful person with a positive attitude towards life.
Still there are times when I may not be in my best mental and emotional state and I will need some boost. I have a couple of my own feel good factors which are all connected to nature. I would go by the sea-side, take a nice long walk and that will change my mood, no matter whatever I am dealing with, being by the sea-side makes me feel very positive and it feels good. If not sea then I can go to a park or to a mountain area and there is a shift in my energy.
If for any reason I am not able to step out, then the other best thing for me to do is spend time with my crystals, meditate on them and that really alters my energy. Even listening to music helps. And sometimes catching up with friends. But I am a loner, and I like to be by myself, so in times like these all the more I want to be with my own-self in moments of reflections. So friends will come last or may be not.
Do you think feel-good factors are vital to perform(personal and professional fields) - Very much they are important. It's your own way of boosting your energy and being in a positive state. There is so much happening in life all the time and it's not possible to be happy at all times, so in moments when you feel low, you should know what can bring you back to life.
What will be your suggestions to one who wants to feel good from the inside?- It will be ideal to be in a positive state as much as possible and for that regular meditation is very helpful. Read books which are uplifting and motivating. Spend as much as possible time in nature. Find your own ways to be happy, do not depend on people and things to make you happy and feel good. Dance, sing and enjoy life as much as possible. Do things that you enjoy doing and that will keep you in high spirits.
Life is beautiful and it's meant to be lived in good spirits so that you experience it in it's full capacity, and that will only happen if we are in a positive state of being.

@nainaztengra, this is a wonderful and uplifting entry for the @meraindia contest! I love your emphasis on personal responsibility for happiness and finding joy in nature and within oneself.
