I'm going into philosophy and metaphysics on this comment.
Maybe the "Insights" are the connection between Creativity and Conscientiousness.
In a simple definition, the Insight is the "Eureka" when you find out a solution for a short or long term solving problem that was wandering in your mind
Creativity as a form of new use cases for Reality.
Insights are the center and the fuel and generate the transformation of the matrix of human existence.
It's the most important characteristic and function in Human cognitive capabilities, generating all future changes in civilization , science , organization culture and human behavior.
In my view Insight is the evolutionary and learning Node System, that can be defined as the emergency in the field of consciousness, of structures formed by common fields of equilibrium of the perceived physical reality and the neurophysiological system of the subject.
