You bring up a good point that is often overlooked; acceptance of the situation is only half the battle. It's very easy to get into the mentality that just by acknowledging the damage that you will heal it but that is not true. It takes intention and conscious action. Your joining a gym is a perfect example of that. For me, psilocybin and cleaner eating had a very positive effect, but that is not true of everyone or every instance. Keep on keeping on!
