This is a pretty cool challenge. Too bad I hate making videos of myself. Lol. I agree it's so important to get good nutrition, plenty of water, and rest! After my last hospitalization (one month ago), I've been focusing more on nutrition and hydration and less on pounding the pavement (running, my activity of choice as you probably know.) Been feeling better and my figure has improved too. ;)

I do think you should take it easy given that there were also issues before the recent hospitalization but I dare hope that if you go very gradual, you can get back to running. However, there are so many awesome things to do like Pilates or Yoga!!!! Thank you for your beautiful comment my friend!
