Unfortunately the term "free market" is so loaded and manipulated at this point in history no one can be sure what is meant by that. I enjoy libertarian thought, but on the other hand, people are sheep, so there needs to be GOOD government that does progressive things. Thinking good public goods and commons occur by themselves is wishful thinking, maybe in 1,000 years when we are more educated and cultured, possibly, but we are still in the muck of dark ages. People crave leaders... our only choice is to collectively choose good leaders. Unfortunately what people can perceive or not as beneficial is highly dubious... fooled and deceived over and over.
