  -respect and acknowledgement of our contributions to tech and sexuality expansion and development
  -inclusion and seen as experts in ALL adult content creation.... including AI content. All AI content is being sourced from our prior work product, poorly replicating our labor.
  -acknowledgment as professionals, with complex skills and knowledge, worthy of work protection, safety, and basic well-being
  --transparency in payouts and fin structure, no money being withheld, controlled, or unable to be converted to crypto for withdrawal
