    Hi !
    To confirm : it will post only once as Steem has a 5-min interval minimum between posts (so the first one to arrive will be posted, the second will be refused).
    But know that Twitter (instant cross-post) is faster than Instagram (cross-post between 0 and 30 seconds), so it will always be the Tweet that is cross-posted on Steem.

    Edit : I'm saying that but this comes from Instagram. Should be Twitter that arrives first...

      This though is an Instagram feed post and this is the post I did it on... So I suppose that's not always the fact
