Do you think there could be a connection between our mental health and technology, whether it is good or bad? Explain your answer.
There is no big difference between our mental health and technology because nowadays technology has become very modern which affects our mental health a lot due to which a person remains in stress and his mental confusion increases and due to this a person also falls ill, the mental health of a person should be very strong, in this technological era every technology has a good impact on the life of a person, sometimes any technology also affects the mind and mental balance of a person due to which his mental health gets disturbed, so a person should put a little rein on his mental confusion and take care of his mental health.
Do you think cases of mental illness have increased or decreased? Why?
According to me, the cases of mental illness are increasing a lot at this time as compared to earlier because nowadays every person, old people, children, everyone has more mental pressure. Young children like us have pressure and mental confusion regarding studies, in the same way, the burden of mental confusion remains on the elders regarding their work, due to which the cases of mental confusion are coming up more at this time as compared to earlier and people are becoming victims of mental health.
What would you include or eliminate from your daily routine to live a mentally healthy life? Share your tips!
According to me, the cases of mental illness are increasing a lot at this time as compared to earlier because nowadays the mental pressure on everyone is definitely more. In order to live a mentally healthy life, you must make your daily routine perfect. You must keep your entire day's work style organized. If possible, don't stress too much on stress or mind. We must also keep our food and drink habits better. What should we do with outside food? If possible, we must stop eating junk food etc. and keep dedication towards our work.
All these rules must be included in our daily routine and the most important thing is that a person must get enough sleep, due to which there are no mental complications in his life and he remains completely mentally healthy.

Today I feel very good about my mental health because I have made a better daily routine for myself and I try to do my work accordingly, which gives relief from mental confusion and keeps mental health good. Not only me, but all the people should also make rules for their daily work so that the mental health of the person remains good and he does not fall mentally ill.
If the mind is calm and stable, then the work gets successful automatically. There is no pressure on the mind, due to which mental peace is maintained and mental health remains better. I believe that to keep your mental health better, all the work of your daily routine should be done according to a rule.
