Assalamu Alaikum how are you all I hope everyone is well I am also well Anyway I am thanking my friend @vivigibelis for organizing a beautiful competition for a beautiful community and I am going to participate in this competition and I participated in this competition in my own way I hope everyone likes it
✅How are you feeling today?
=> Today I feel very good I started the morning a little slowly I spent some time busy with my work and sometimes such times and such days are very good I get peace mentally Some of my days are very good which starts with beauty today is right
✅How much water do you drink a day?
=> I try to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water every day but now it is summer so I drink more water but I work so I always keep my country water and whenever I feel like drinking water I drink water and I think drinking water makes me feel good so I drink more water
✅Do you exercise throughout the week?
=> I exercise throughout the week. Actually, exercising in my job life is very difficult, but I think I do shift duty, so when I have a week of morning shift, I start jogging from after Fajr prayer until 8 am, which gives me a lot of exercise. And even when I sit between the desk chairs in the office, I jog during my breaks. It is good for my health and removes the laziness of sitting. I jog for a week. I don't know if it is exercise or not, but I think it is also an exercise.
✅Who doesn't want burgers and fries? But do you try to eat a balanced diet most of the time?
=>> Exactly. I sometimes eat burgers, chocolates, etc., which are my favorite foods. I eat these foods when I am alone, and I eat more vegetables with my daily meals because I think vegetables play the most important role in our balance.
✅Do you sleep at least 8 hours?
=>> I sleep at least 8 hours, so I think sleep keeps people in a good mood, so health is also good, so I always try to sleep at the right time, because of which I can do my office work very well. Sleep fatigue is removed. To sleep properly at the right time
✅What other aspects would you personally recommend to improve physical and mental health?
=>>I think it is very important for us to set aside 30 minutes every day, the time when we can sit quietly or read books, listen to music, spend time with friends, and also share our permissions with friends in different ways. If necessary, take help from everyone. I think all these are part of health and sometimes learning to say no is also very important for improving physical and mental health. I recommend it.
