The Dairy Game: A Story Of Joy And Faith (20-07-2025)

Good afternoon lovies, how are you doing? I hope you are having a wonderful time. Well, the weather isn't friendly at all. I'm here to share my Sunday experience with you. We had our Area Witness Rally at Iboko District Headquarters. I woke up at about 6 am. After our family devotion, I did my chores and went take my bath. After having my bath, I got into my witness uniform, which I had neatly ironed.

I had wheat and bread for breakfast. I headed to church afterwards with my mum and sister. I met my friend, Rachael on the way and she joined us. The road to church was bad. We wanted to be in church before the commencement of service, but alas we were ten minutes late.

The church atmosphere was really peaceful and lovely. Everyone appeared on white. It was such a beautiful sight to behold. I didn't sing in the choir because, I went to church late and didn't attend rehearsal.

The choirs ministered graciously. There was a lot of rejoicing in the presence of God. People sang, danced, clapped and scream at the top of their voices. I really loved it. I'm not a good dancer but I tried my best. The sermon was the most interesting part of service.

In the presence of God, there's fullness of joy

After the first service, there women in church shared food (Afang soup and garri) to everyone present in church. My mum had already gone home before this time. Rachael and I were given a plate to share. The food was really delicious. Some persons ate and got their white stained. After eating, we took pictures.

The second service began at 3 pm. After few chores, some of the choir members did their bible recitation. Afterwards, we went for evangelism. It was the part I looked forward to. Doing evangelism, the men carry the church banner in front while, the women follow behind singing and clapping. We trek a long distance before stopping at an open space to preach. After preaching, together, we pray for the people we preached for.

It was about 5:30 pm when we got back from the evangelism. It was really fun. The pastor prayed for everyone afterwards and service was dismissed. I headed home with my friend and sister.
