It is a pleasure to be presenting my application in this season that is personally innovative and will allow us to know and exploit our abilities.

It is no secret that contests are my niche, I am behind the weekly contests of @cotina and @shinewithsteem, I also have the #cotinabeauty section with contests for girls and of course one or another challenging idea for everyone. Therefore, it will be a challenge for me too and which I hope to enjoy and that you will enjoy it to the same extent.

I am currently a Moderator of the Latin Community and Founder of Shine With Steem, which is a project that is only five months old, but it has been great to be part of its growth.

On the other hand, I am the creator of #cotinamagazine, which has 65 editions and it gives me great satisfaction by supporting good authors.

I am a mechatronic engineer, I worked in the maintenance area in my last job and discovered that I really enjoyed the supervision and mechanical planning part, so I dedicated myself to learning and mastering that area.

Of course, the field of engineering is very broad, but every engineer masters certain aspects and even defines them, therefore, these contests will basically carry the essence of 6 points that stand out:

• Creativity
• Design
• Planning
• Ingenuity
• Teamwork
• Visionary

But you may wonder, are we engineers? And the truth is that yes, we are all engineers in our lives and in it we apply those aspects, from being creative to designing something from scratch, so do not worry, you do not have to be an engineering professional to participate, you just have to open your mind and bring out those qualities.

Six weekly Challenge questions

Week 1: Creative Expression
Using molding materials such as clay, modeling clay or flexible dough, you must create sculptures, imaginary shapes, objects, etc. that challenge your creativity. The idea is that you express your interpretation and its meaning, creating creative visions in physical forms and leaving everyone amazed.

Week 2: Designing scenarios
Taking advantage of your mental agility, create a short, clever, improvised story with that funny touch on the spot. The idea is that you can base it on a sentence and create it.
I will give you four options and you must choose one:

• A dog barking at a drunk
• A girl screaming in a supermarket
• ​​A monkey blowing a kiss
• A lady with a green hat and a red skirt

Week 3: The art of planning
Planning is important in any area of ​​life, it helps us to keep track and organize the things we do and want to do. That's why I want to know how you carry out this action in many aspects.

• Do you like planning or being spontaneous?
• Do you think it's easier to fail without planning in life?
• How do you plan tasks at home or at work? You can give useful tips.
• Do you think that goals are achieved by having a plan that guides you to do so?

Week 4: An ingenious sale
Nowadays the market is vast and marketing is even more so, it is important to know how to sell and know the strategies behind it, so you will be a sales representative who must make it effective and successful.
The objective is to select an object from your home and offer it for sale in such a way that your buyer will want to buy it without a doubt. Be creative and use all the elements to your advantage, such as why they should buy your product, its advantages, costs, etc.

Week 5: A dinner among steemians
Teamwork is an inexhaustible source of productivity in any area, in engineering it plays an essential role because you are surrounded by people in whom you must trust and establish parameters to be successful in any task.

Now, on the network we all share a certain familiarity and this time you must choose a steemian to invite to a dinner, the question is who would you invite? Not only that, tell me the reason for your selection, what you would invite him/her to and five questions you would ask him/her.

The steemian you select must answer the questions in the comments of your post for your participation to be valid. Remember to ask interesting questions.

Week 6: My vision board

Being a visionary person who inspires others is characteristic of an innate leader. It is an ability that allows you to follow goals and achieve them because there is a time frame to achieve them and a clear goal.

Being the engineer of your life, I want you to express on your board those aspirations, goals and objectives in the short, medium and long term. The selection depends on you. You will do this by cutting out words and phrases that represent them and placing them on your board. Be creative. Explain the reason for these goals, their importance, the time you think you will achieve in achieving them and everything you want to share.

Don't forget to mention the materials on your board and make it colorful and as authentic as you.

The way of evaluating each participation will be clear, knowing the basic verification standards:

• Good aesthetics of the content, spelling and correct use of markdown.
