The human body is designed so that it can work independently of each other. But there is a central control tower called the nervous system. This system acts as a regulator of all those independent components so that they can function as one. This nervous system is where we can derive the mental state of a person. That's why we are being warned several times to take care of the component because it's like a control tower. In this publication,let's see how it can affect us.

Do I think there might be a link between our mental health and technology?

For me I think there is a possible link between our mental health and technology. Imagine this situation whereby 2 children are kept for examination. One of them is exposed to technology like the mobile phone and the other is devoid of such. After different examinations, it will be observed that the child without technology exposure will be vibrant in learning than the other. The simple reason is that technology tends to bring addiction which prevent time for mental health and learning.

Do you think cases of mental illness have increased or decreased, why?

In the recent years, I'll say mental illness is on an increasing verge. It is sad that this generation has spend their time doing things that can cause anxiety and shock. Imagine a little child entering a sexual relationship only to face reject after being used. At that point, the individual might not be able to accommodate that shock. So, he or she might have issues with his or her mental health.

Tips to lead to a mentally healthy life

In this case, I'll say that being mentally healthy is one of the greatest wealth because some percentage of people lacks it. To live a mentally healthy life, here are some tips I'd love to share.

  • Proper exercises: This is vital as the mental health of a human body need oxygen to thrive. With exercise, the oxygen is likely to be supplied.
  • Take some time off from your mobile device or gadgets. At least, 30 minutes or an hour off after a session from your phone or laptop can help boost your mental health.
  • Make it an habit to read book daily to strengthen your mental health.

Describe your mental health today?

For me, I'm feeling mentally stable. Due to the fact that my thoughts can take me beyond this world, the fun fact is that I'm always able to locate myself back to this world. So, being lost in the world of thoughts isn't possible. Being able to coordinate my daily activities is a sign of mental health person, so it's true I'm healthy.
