It's great festival, and has all sorts of musical treasures hidden around the site. It lacks the the sessions and workshops of a "proper", purists folk festival, but there's a few interactive events and it's really about being a family-friendly weekend in the countryside with great music.
I'd recommend Wickham to anyone looking for an introductory first festival.
