Branding is a way of defining your business to yourself, your team and your external audiences. It can be called the “Business Identity” only on the understanding that it embodies the core values of what your business is about, not just what it looks and sounds like. In all you do as a company or business organization, remember that your brand is your promise to your customer. Simply put, it tells them what they can expect from you, your products and services alike and it differentiates you from your competitors’. Your brand is derived from who you are, what you want to be and people’s perception of you.
