Unpredictability of online shopping
Online shopping can be very unpredictable. Most of the times whatever I order online it comes as per what is shown online, but then there are couple of times where it has not been the same. There are always an exchange and a return benefit but the problem is that in all of that a lot of days pass away, and there are lot of back-and-forth actions to take. As such I always prefer to see things and buy, so online shopping is only for those items which I am unable to find in stores.
I wanted covers for my bed head board. Back home in my new home, I had got beds made by carpenter, the beds are made very beautifully, the only problem is that the headboard has a cloth design and the color of the cloth is light color. I had only selected the color, and that time it did not strike me that it can get dirty easily over a period of time. When I rent my villa on airbnb, all types of people come, some are very careless and they do rough use of things. The cloth is still in good condition, but I know that with time it will get dirty, so to protect it I want to put a head board cover. I was not even aware that something like this is available, but I came across it in an ad on Instagram so that moment I felt, it would be nice to buy.
I checked in the stores, but nowhere I could find it, so finally I ordered it online from Temu. I do order things from there sometimes. Last time I had ordered a sofa cover and it is a very nice cover. More than my expectations, so I ordered the headboard covers also. The first time I ordered, the cover was excellent but the size was big, so I returned it and they got it picked up. Then I ordered another one of different type, and what I received I am disappointed because it is not as per the picture shown on the site.

The problem here is the color of the cloth, which I have received is shaded and what is shown in the picture is one plain blue color. I do not like the shaded color. I raised a return request, which was accepted. But then they mentioned that the amount will be refunded back and I do not need to send the cover back. Now I honestly do not know what to do. I have received the refund money and I have the cover also. It's not making me feel good. The other thing is that I still need a cover so I need to reorder another one. There are many options available on the site, but then what if the other one also I do not like. It is a dilemma for me to reorder it again.
