📝 Ingredients:
Pork ribs
👩🍳 How to make crispy garlic fried ribs:
1️⃣ Rinse the ribs thoroughly and pat dry.
2️⃣ Place the ribs in a bowl and add:
– 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cooking wine
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– ½ tablespoon sugar
– 3 tablespoons cornstarch
– Some black pepper
Mix well and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Heat oil until it's about 70% hot (around 170°C / 340°F).
Add the ribs and fry over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove them.
Turn the heat to high, put the ribs back in, and fry for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
Take them out, sprinkle with chili powder or pepper salt, and enjoy!
