I use OBS, it is a open source recording software and stream it live to youtube.
On the screen I have multiple windows open:
- Flightgear,
- Firefox with the map,
- Firefox with the discord,
- Firefox with the my youtube dashboard to control the stream,
- and finally a web cam to record me
all windows can be managed easy in OBS and adjusted in size and position.
really you are so lucky...
