RE: What Would You Do With 4 EXTRA Hours A Day? (Did you know the human body requires only 4-5hrs of sleep a night?)

Nice post! Eating right for your blood type can be very beneficial. I often think that it's a good place to start for anyone who is entertaining the idea of making a change to their eating lifestyle. Lots of people are now trained in live blood analysis and it's fairly easy to have a single drop of blood analyzed under a microscope. You can have it done, then follow the diet for your blood type for 3 months, then have your blood re-tested. Most people who stick to the foods for their blood type show marked improvement, in addition to reporting how much better they feel anecdotally.

I've witnessed amazing results with sick people. Every young, very sick, person we've met has been the AB blood type. Shortest list of 'beneficial' foods out there.

Really maximizes your energy levels. :) Right now my food is poor and It's awful, knowing how good I used to feel. lol

I guess the silver lining in this, is that you have made the connection that the type of food you eat is directly related to how well your body operates or runs. So, what you put into your mouth is a choice and that choice will either serve you well or it won't. Knowing that there is a difference puts the power to be healthy back in your control. :)
