I was passing in Sharjah in UAE, I find the advanced arrangement of the building is extremely lovely. so I upload Images you to check out, Sharjah city municipality is one of the oldest municipalities in the UAE. They have the ability to the essential supervision over all public utilities and public services provided to citizens.

All the Public holidays i mean government activities day (National Day) they decorate it with colorful lighting! If you want to start any business in UAE you need to get permission from the Municipality. Every state have their own rules to follow.
