RE: A Note to Myself on Sharing and Self-Preservation

in #social-media3 months ago

Bloggers and celebrities that always disturb our media spaces with their private lives and still get annoyed when they are been trolled… this post will be of great deal to them.

Ever since mark monetize Nigerians on Facebook, there’s no type of content I’ve not seen in this short while. Now we can’t even tell, when people are serious and when one is joking.

A lady died typing on Twitter asking for “help”when she was attacked by this Fulani terrorist on a train but no one took her seriously because we all thought it was just for the content.

In my own opinion, if you are not ready for the heat, don’t post it out there because there are a lot of frustrated billy goat without empathy, ready to pounce on you and shove their opinion in your face.

People!

This could be a long discussion—real life versus reel life.

When it comes to celebrities (and even vloggers or bloggers), the truth is, once you’ve laid yourself out in public, you kind of become everyone’s property.
Life really is as unfair as it gets...
