Awesome experiment you did there Robert! I admire people who dare to test their limits. I have made great progress using fasting methods myself. So I'm always happy to see someone who's not afraid to take the not-so-common path. And I'm even happier to see them succeed. Great job, and thank you for sharing!
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! :) This isn't even a challenge; however, I do know that it will help others see that it's possible, and hopefully inspire them to give this a try for their health and spirituality!!! :) what sort of fasts have you done? I'm looking forward to extended dry fasts coming up...!
I've been following the 16/8 protocol for the last four years. Which means, fasting for 16 hours, followed by two big meals in an 8 hour eating window. Since April this year, I've been been doing 20+ hour daily fasts, having only one giant meal in late evening. And it's been an amazing journey so far. Keep us updated with the dry fasts!
NICE!! I love that stuff :) I loved when I would dry fast every Saturday for at least 24 hours. I never consciously did one meal a day...usually just 2 meals. For how long did you do 1 meal a day?
