thanks a lot...very nice that I am not the only one who does fasting. I ve done a 3 weeks solid food vacation fast (look for John Rose on Youtube)...it was fucking INCREDIBLE!
There are many raw vegan and fasting groups online..:check them out! :) John Rose is awesome :)
