For example, I can ask for a loan in colombian pesos and someone in europe can lend me EUR. I will receive the equivalent in RCN tokens. There are some middlemen who convert fiat to RCN tokens, verify my ID, score my credit rating. If i default, the cosigner or a local agent pays to the lender but can take legal actions against me in my jurisdiction.
