-This is the best Shoulders and chest opener... I know.
-And for me it took long time to open my shoulder and chest so I could reach my hands behind my back.
I used a strap to support and finally reach me hand behind my back... It’s very important to maintain an open chest especially if you sit at a desk all day or if you are an athlete.
And you will also get better all over posture and breathing more easy...
