McGregor, coked up and drugged out? Or is media out to get him?

I believe that the worst thing that could have possibly happened to Conor McGregor's fighting legacy was that doomed boxing match against Floyd Mayweather. It didn't need to happen but one thing was even worse about it other than the spectacle of "Notorious" losing the fight that he was always going to lose: Conor got a taste of the lifestyle that exists for A-list people that are not part of the MMA world. It was right at that point that Conor went on a downward spiral but he was still making a ton of money so it was easy to sit back and think that "well, maybe he doesn't care about the MMA legacy since he is worth a quarter of a billion.

Fast forward to now though and Conor is still extremely wealthy, like enough money to live hundreds of lifetimes wealthy, but when you see press conferences with the various thing he is promoting it is pretty obvious that the party culture is a very big part of his life still.

I haven't had a lot to do with drugs in my life but I knew people that did and coke has certain tells that happen when a person is on it. One is constant movement of the jaw and constantly messing with one's nose and tongue flapping around their teeth. I've seen it... the thing with Conor is that he was always a rather boisterous person, but these certain ticks didn't exist in his repertoire until the rumors got out there.

just because someone scratches their nose doesn't necessarily mean they are coked up, but when they are doing it constantly and also showing other signs of being inebriated, then there is a much greater chance of that being the case. Addiction is a tough one, but addiction combined with "fuck you money" is probably even tougher. There's no real reason for him to stop other than coming back to fight again and I think that Conor probably isn't going to to that anymore out of fear that it would simply damage his legacy further unless they rigged the fight.

Things got pretty bad in the interviews he did for Roadhouse where he was just so obviously coked up and his mouth was just over-active the entire time. Jake Gyllenhaal seemed to be a bit uncomfortable in some of the ones that I saw.

Dude has admitted in court to using coke and well, that wasn't all that surprising. Lately though, as he has lost all of his sponsorships and kind of stays out of the public eye for the most part, the media does kind of seem to have an agenda to TRY to make him look like he is on drugs and well, that isn't very difficult to make to look happen.

I think this is something that we keep in mind as well and I will do my best to do so also. The media just sucks today and once they latch on to an idea, that is what they are going to push for no matter what. You remember what they tried to do to Joe Rogan and many others right?

Going back to the interviews for Roadhouse I don't think there is any denying that this was a drugged out interview that perhaps his PR people should have postponed, but now, when we see him at all anywhere the people with the cameras are going to be specifically trying to paint him in that light even if it isn't necessarily deserved.

Take the above video from BKFC for example. He has to be energetic doesn't he? I mean, if he was all laid back like Dana White is at these things it wouldn't be his own attitude.

So even though I am not really a huge fan of the guy, I am less of a fan of the media telling lies in order to make a story. So until Conor actually has to do a drug test for something I am just going to assume that he has a very itchy nose, lol.
