Tchio would be a huge addition and upgrade for Rutgers. They have received pretty much awful offensive line play since joining the Big 10 a few years ago. They've rated out as having one of the worst offensive lines and offenses in the Big 10 each year. Rutgers was dead last in total offense (262.7 yds per game) in 2017. To put that in perspective, Ohio State averaged 243 yds and Wisconsin averaged 223 yds rushing alone last year. Rutgers has not been able to match up with the massive O-lines in the Big 10, but getting this kid, at 6'6" 315 lbs would be a huge much-needed upgrade for them as they try to re-build their offense.
