New York Jets Starting Quarterback Ruled Out Indefinitely

Injuries in the NFL are quite common. Torn ACL's, concussions, and broken ankle's are just a few of the everyday injuries sustained by the players in the National Football League.
Then we have Sam Darnold - starting quarterback of the New York Jets. The QB didn't have any of these prior injuries that I just mentioned above. Instead, he was diagnosed with something that we all affiliate with our days in high school.
The illness that he just recently contracted will most likely keep the former number three overall draft pick sidelined until WEEK FIVE of the regular season (according to the head coach - Adam Gase).
The illness Darnold has now acquired is MONO (or mononucleosis). The infectious condition is also known as the "kissing disease." It is spread through a person's saliva and the symptoms include fatigue along with weight loss.

Now just imagine being the girl who gave the New York Jets starting quarterback the disease. Do you think she realizes the gravity of what she has done?
Well... one thing is for certain. Tens of thousands of New York Jets fans will realize on Sunday that their starting QB is not on the field.
Lol better this than a knee injury
VERY true.
Thank´s for sharing
I was very seriously reading this one from start but ended up with laughing only.
