Hi friends
I am Jyoti from India. I woukld lieto take part in this steem-atlas contest https://steemit.com/hive-133716/@damithudaya/contest-announcement-and-winners-or-steem-atlas-challenge-xxvi-pin-your-favorite-spot organised by @damithudaya

Last night, we went to a restaurant called RHR in our town for dinner with our family. I am going to write about that restaurant in detail here. I hope you like it.

This huge restaurant is very famous and located in Sulur, a town in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, India. This restaurant, established by the RHR Group of Hotels, is just one branch of this group of restaurants. Their restaurants and sweet stalls are established in many places in Tamil Nadu and around the world, especially in Coimbatore district. Their food is of high quality and delicious, so it is visited by many people. This restaurant is very famous for its vegetarian food. Non-vegetarian food is not available in their restaurants.

When we went inside, it was crowded because it was dinner time. The interior was very beautifully decorated. The entire interior was decorated in traditional and mughal style. It gave a palace-like look to the view and was very beautiful. When we went, there were no seats available, so we had to wait for a while. Until then, I inspected the items there. At the front, there was a table with the special dishes of the day listed in rows, with their names written down. For example, the specials of the day were Pan Parota Appam Vegetable Biryani.

image.png

I was amazed by all of them and took pictures of them and saved them on my cell phone. Then we got a seat. We went there and sat down. Then we were given a menu card. I remember there were a lot of South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes. There were also a lot of drinks and desserts. I read them all.

image.png

In it, the tiffin items were written separately as meals items, similarly, the South Indian items were divided into North Indian items and Chinese items, similarly, in the drinks categories, the milkshake types were written separately as various juice types, and similarly, the dessert types were also written separately.

image.png

We all thought we could try a lot of dishes separately instead of ordering the same dish and buying and eating it. So we ordered a set of buns, parotta, a roast and a pancake. They said it would take five or six minutes for the ordered dishes to arrive. I looked at the menu for a while.

image.png

Remember, the South Indian food list had a lot of idli dosa varieties and also a lot of paratha varieties, especially bun paratha, ghee paratha, butter paratha, aloo paratha, etc. There were also chapati varieties. In South Indian food, when ordering such dishes, it is customary to give the required gravy varieties along with it, but in North Indian food, this is not the case. The gravy varieties were written separately and the other ingredients were written separately. For example, if chapati is a plate, you do not get gravy with it.

image.png

So they had listed gravies separately on the menu, which had a lot of speciality varieties like paneer masala, paneer butter, masala etc. and also had gravy items like veg kohlapi, aloo palak make with potato, chola masala make with chikpeas and Bhendi masala make with ladyfingers on the menu.

While I was looking at all this, the food we ordered arrived at the table. I took a picture of it and then we started eating. We shared and ate all the food we made. All the food was very delicious. My son enjoyed the parotta very much.

image.png

After that, we called the waiter again to order the second dish and then ordered a set of idli and utthappam. Before we finished eating the first dish, the next ordered dish arrived and we all ate them together. The food was very tasty and satisfying.

image.png

After eating, we visited the desserts and sweets there. They were beautifully arranged and attracted the onlookers. When we went to the stall, there were many different items, their names and prices were written on them. I visited them all.

image.png

They also had North Indian and South Indian sweets and these sets. Apart from them, Western sweets like cakes, pastries, donuts etc. were also displayed there, with their prices written next to them.

image.png

South Indian dishes were particularly sweet like Laddu Mysoreba Adhirasam and savoury dishes like Murukku Aadhi Mixer Pakoda. Similarly, North Indian sweets included Peda Kaju Katli Laddu Murti Rasagulla Gulab Jamun Personal Malai Gopta Jaljeera. Western dishes included cupcakes, pastries, black forest cake, forest cake, gold cake, etc.

Lets look at the price list

The food and sweets available here are of very good quality and clean. Their prices are also normal. It is suitable for ordinary and middle class people. I can't list all the dishes on the menu here, I'll just list a few for your reference. I have given the price list below.
