Every arriving patient is first greeted at the counter. The patient's name, age, address, problem, etc. are registered quickly and in an orderly manner. The serial number and time of the concerned doctor are determined according to the patient's category.

The waiting section of Sonar Bangla Clinic and Hospital has been designed to make the waiting time for patients and their relatives comfortable, orderly and mentally soothing. It is not just a place to sit but is one of the reflections of the hospitality and humane service of the entire hospital.

The waiting section is spacious and open in terms of light and air so that patients feel comfortable to breathe. There are clean, cushioned plastic and steel chairs for seating which are comfortable for long periods of time. A separate family zone has been kept for the relatives of the patient where people including the elderly or small children can wait.

The section is regularly cleaned and disinfected, especially the floor, chairs, door handles. Hand sanitizer, tissues, and masks are available at the entrance. A certain space is kept between the benches for patients to sit while maintaining social distancing. Since it is a hot day, there is a modern high-voltage fan above their heads. When the air from this fan hits the patients, they forget the fatigue of the heat.

We actually got our X-rays done there. Because we went there for our medical. One of the most important and advanced departments of Sonar Bangla Clinic and Hospital is its X-Ray section. This department has already created a place of trust for patients and doctors with its accuracy in diagnosis and modern technology.

Here, a complete service environment for diagnosis has been created, not just radiology. The X-Ray section is located in a designated and radiation protected zone of the hospital. There is a digital X-ray machine. Which is considered a portable X-ray unit. There is a facility to use a mobile unit for emergency or bedridden patients, see the picture below.

The patient can be given clear images without compression. There is a facility to view and print images directly on the computer without film. Basically, when you go to this clinic or any X-ray clinic, you will understand these details only when you see the machine in front of your eyes.

Patients can come here and get X-rays done in less time, with less pain and with accuracy. After taking the serial at the counter, the X-ray is completed and the report is provided within a short time.

Cleanliness is considered first and foremost in every clinic. People always give more importance to their cleanliness in the beginning. Because if this cleanliness is not there, germs can spread more. That is why patients want them to be able to use a neat and clean bathroom. This hospital has a very clean bathroom where you can do all the work very happily.

There is one inside this hospital which is the bathroom. It is written above that there is a switch box on the right side of the toilet and there is a light system inside. After coming out of the toilet, there is a basin where you can wash your hands. Where there is enough soap and hand washing facilities. Next to it is a water tank for drinking water.

Each device is properly identified and placed in an easily visible place. There is a usage board next to the devices so that anyone can use them immediately if necessary.

There, various high-quality doctors see patients according to the time. Although the operation theater rooms were inside, we were prohibited from going there.
