Yesterday was my mother-in-law's birthday, so we went to Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, where my wife's family lives. I heard that a dinner place was reserved, so I got the address and went, and it was a rib restaurant with a very large independent building. The name of the restaurant was "Galbi Burak(Village)".

The interior is very spacious and high in floors, so it feels open. Overall, it was clean and tidy.

It's a menu. We order by kiosk, but the elderly prefer this paper menu. We ordered a very generous portion of seasoned pork ribs. As soon as the order was over, basic side dishes were set, and all the side dishes were delicious.

The marinated pork ribs are here. Pork ribs aged in soy sauce-based seasoning were soft and flavorful, so the children also ate very well. In particular, my second son ate two bowls of rice with meat, so his stomach became bulging. I was so happy to see my children eating well.

As I said in my previous posts, Koreans like to eat meat wrapped in vegetables. It tastes refreshing and is rich in dietary fiber, which is good for your health, so you should try wrap the meat in vegetables.

Korean galbi restaurants order naengmyeon for dessert. Depending on your taste, you can choose Mulnaengmyeon and Bibimnaengmyeon and enjoy it deliciously, and you can enjoy it more deliciously if you eat it with well-cooked seasoned ribs.
