Today I'm going to review my favorite place for shopping where you can buy many at wholesale prices, is Imtiaz Super Market. This is one of the best leading store at Pakistan.

Imtiaz store is founded by Imtiaz Abbasi in 1955 ,70 years ago . He opened a normal store at bahadurabad but in 2003-4 it opens its new branch at awami markaz karachi and making it as super store.

Imtiaz Supermarket has more than 30 branches all over the country . Imtiaz stores are located in different cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Sarghdaha, Faisalabad, Siyalkot, Islamabad, Gujrat, and Vehri and new branches are opening soon. The estimated turnover of this store is between Rs 40 billion and Rs 1000 billion a year, which makes it a big store .

It's one of the best supermarkets in my city. They sell good quality groceries, many household items, garments of differentbrands , shoes, jewelry, electronics items of many goodlocal and imported brands, and many more. It is the place where you can get all items at the best rates with good quality under one roof.

In my area biggest branch of imtiaz is located as its name is imtiaz Mega, where I go to buy everything on a weekly or bimonthly basis. The best thing about Imtiaz is that you get all items at at wholesale prices and if you get any product of low quality and you complain about it, they will give you your money back and also ban this product from their stores (if the complaint comes again and again from other users).

The branch where I go is imtiaz mega , comprises of 3 floors, basement, ground floor and upper floor with separate section for different household items. . Store buildup on large area so near thousand of people can do shopping at same time. That's the reason it's always over crowded specially on weekends.

^{Fruits and vegetables section}

At ground floor you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits from their respective section. Frest Meat, poultry and fish are available in chillers. You can take meat of your own choices. Different parts of meat and organs of animals can be buy from here. They sell fresh fruits and vegetables at low prices.

Most of the front part of ground floor has billing counters. There are 30 billing counters for customers ease. They have costumer care desk, ATM machine at this floor.

A big pharmacy also there at ground floor. You can get all Medicens at 12%discount rates which is maximum discount no one offers that much discount in my city. Many medical equipments and appliances are available there. Vaccine also available.

^Basement

Grains, rice, flour, spices,sauces, teas, can food, milk ,oil ,Electronic items, bedding and bathing, detergent, soap, shampoo, stationary, toys and tools are available at basement. Every thing is available in many brands and verity and sizes.

Lift and Escalator are there to reach at different floors easily. To handle crowds , they placed their staff near escalator and lift . To avoid any accident they help in dragging trolleys of customers from escalator and overcome rush near escalator .

At upper floor a large area for garments and shoes. They sre selling unstitch and ready to wear cloths. Gents, kids and ladies has separate clothing sections with alot of new variety. You can buy new designs at low prices from other market.

A beauty section is most attractive part of this floor having makeup of different brands, beautiful jewelry, skin care products, watches. there is an Undergarments section, from where you can buy different varieties of products.

All kids of bags, hand bags, clutches, wallet and shoes (ladies, gents and kids) are available.

One more feature here is that they issue a card to customers the "Imtiaz Card". After billing , you score some points that are stored in your Imtiaz Card, and you can use these points on your next shopping to get further discounts on your bill.

They have a costomer care counter with responsible and helpful staff to deal with the problems of costomer. If they have any issue they replace their products or give their money back.

The main reason to choose this store are

• Can buy almost all groceries and household items and other things too in peaceful manner.

• Good quality products are available there.They will change your product or will money back to you if you haveanycomplaints about the product.

• They sell products at wholesale prices.

• They offer imtiaz card too by using this card you you will get more discounts.
