The Diary Game: Laundry Activities, Shopping And Making Dinner(18-08-2025)

Good evening all, I am @bendelta28, a newcomer and a jolly fellow. How are you doing? I am fine myself and I had a great day. Today hasn't been hectic like most Mondays and a day sunny day at that, August break is here finally. I'll be updating you all about the captivating activities I did today, so bring your chairs closer so you won't miss the gist.

I woke up early and prepared to step out for my daily bread, I started with doing my chores which mainly is sweeping the compound. When I was done with sweeping the compound, I had my bath and ate breakfast. I left to the shop after having my breakfast, when I got to the shop, I opened and brought out the dirty clothes that were piled up for laundry. The day looked promising so I had to make a good use of it.

In the afternoon, I began to iron some of the clothes that were dried. While ironing, it began to drizzle and I ran out to take off the clothes I had washed but it was nothing serious and it stopped drizzling, I left the clothes outside and went back to work. I ironed all the clothes I had on the table and some other ones I brought from the outside, I enjoy doing my job and I felt like doing more when I was done.

By 4pm, I went out to do a little shopping for my niece who will be visiting me soon. I had little money and I didn't want to spend it all so I had to tick the box by getting what I had planned for my niece, they are in holiday and she'd be spending almost the remains of her holiday with me so I had to make it worthwhile for her.

I bought a carton of piko juice and biscuits and some toys and went back to the shop, I opened it and first had a share of the things I bought, gave my wife some and by 6pm, we closed and went back home. My wife suggested we took bike because of the things I held at hand and to fasten our journey home so I won't get tired easily, I appreciated her concern but requested we walk home as I was fine and not complaining of being tired.

We got home towards 7pm, my friend took her bath and relaxed because she was tired. I was hungry and couldn't join my wife in relaxing so I went into the kitchen and prepared dinner. I prepared MTN rice and trust me, it taste really good. It took a while to finish with cooking the meal, I had my bath when I was done before having my dinner.

After dinner, I began to blog about my day and here I am at the ending part of my blog. It's really been a great day for me and I thank God for sales and life. So my friends, that's my day in a story, hope you enjoyed your read? Thank you all for reading my diary, until my next post
