The Diary Game: Selecting Spoilt Onions From The Good Ones 07-08-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, it's your friend @joychi102 and from here I will be taking you all on nice ride to my day, you weren't there that is why I will try everything to make sure I make you a part of it. I could not sleep well last night because I had been thinking of how to do the selection of onions at the shop, we bought another one yesterday so I was supposed to select it then but time did not permit me.

As early as 5 in the morning, I was at the shop selecting the onions, it took time and a lot of work, but the advantage I had going there very early is that no customer came and I had all the time to do the selection before the day finally break. My husband came and reached me while I was still in the shop doing the selection, he asked me to go and rest and also prepare breakfast as well.

I went back home and had my bath because my clothes were having onion scent. So when I finished bathing I took the items I needed for breakfast and keep, I sliced the onions and washed other items necessary for the preparation of the spaghetti, I did not want to eat spaghetti but that was the decision of everyone so I had to force myself to eat, me and garri is inseperable.

After washing and slicing of onions, I began to fry the oil and then began to cook. The spaghetti is the best I have prepared in a month or so. Everybody were eating as if they missed it. I was looking at them with outmost awe. I like it when my family eats and I look at them eat what I prepare with my hands.

When they finished eating, we all went to bed, I was tired as well. We slept and when I woke up finally, I went go check on the onions I dried outside because it was about to rain and I needed to hurry up and pack them before the rain comes and touch them, I don't want to run another loss this week because last week was something else honestly.

After that, I stayed with my husband at the shop till evening time, then I called my daughter to come out and be with us, sometimes I always want her to stay around and see how we were doing the sales incase any day we are not around she can handle it alone. When she came out, I took her this beautiful picture, just Negodu my beautiful daughter na. She is just as beautiful as her mother.

The weather began to be dark, the sky was rumbling signaling that it was about to rain heavily. We had to rush and pack things inside because if by any chance this rain caught up with us here, it wouldn't had been funny. My son was already complaining of hunger so I was looking at we getting back home so I can prepare dinner for us to eat.

When we got back to the house, I took my bath and boiled water for everyone in the house, after they bathed I made dinner for us and we ate then I put to write my diary before our mentor gets angry with us in the group because yesterday that I did not write my diary, he called me and others out and was angry with us.
