Rate my design// A creative design for Mrs. Amaka's cake decoration.

Yesterday, 10th June, had been a busy day, but it had also brought a new challenge that I was eager to tackle. Mrs. Amaka, the CEO of Fortress Pastries, had contracted me to create a custom design for a special occasion. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) president, Akwa lbom State chapter, will be celebrating his birthday on 14th June, and Mrs. Amaka wanted to create a unique cake decoration to commemorate the event.

She had described her vision to me in detail - a design that incorporated the ICAN logo, colors, and theme, while also conveying a sense of professionalism and sophistication. I had listened intently, taking mental notes and asking questions to ensure I understood her requirements perfectly.

With a clear brief in mind, I had set to work on the design. Hours of brainstorming, sketching, and tweaking had finally resulted in a stunning visual concept that I was confident Mrs. Amaka would love. The design featured the ICAN logo prominently, surrounded by intricate patterns and motifs that reflected the organization's values and mission. The color scheme was a perfect blend of ICAN's official colors, with subtle gradients and textures that added depth and visual interest.

I had sent the soft copies of the designs to Mrs. Amaka, but I hadn't received a response yet. I'm not worried, though - I know she would get in touch as soon as she had a chance to review the design. As I'm waiting for her feedback, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. I had poured my heart and soul into the design, and I am confident that it would exceed Mrs. Amaka's expectations.

This is what I loved about being a designer - the thrill of bringing a client's vision to life, and the satisfaction of knowing that my work would bring joy to others. Now, all I have to do is to wait for Mrs. Amaka's response. I am sure she will love the design, and I can't wait to hear her feedback. "Rate my design," I whispered to myself, grinning with anticipation.
