CREATIVE WRITING | BELIEVE IN THE VISION FIRST
The best way to show you believe in something is to identify with it.
How then do you identify with it?
Not being afraid or shy to be seen with it.
Peter thought he believed in Jesus until he denied Him. But when he finally believed, he was willing to die for Him.

Hab.2.2 - And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
As simply as this sounds, I came to realize that he that runs with your vision is he that believes in it.
The gospel was spread by believers so that others may also believe in it. It is because they believed it is the truth that they spread it hoping that others will also believe.
We receive Jesus Christ our Saviour by believing that He came, died, rose again with us from the dead.
But others don't believe, so they don't spread it.
Not spreading what you claim to believe is spreading that you don't believe it.
Paul said, Woe unto me if I don't preach the gospel. What did this man believe in that we are so lackadaisical about what we believe? It's like it's a whole different gospel that he believed and that we believe.
You cannot be in a vision and not believe in that vision! Why are you there then?
What are you doing there?
You cannot be a leader in a vision and not identify with that vision. You're likened to Peter who claimed to believe and finally deny Jesus. But when he believed, he spread the news. The word of God grew mightily and prevailed in Ephesus because men witnessed the message to others in different ways.
You can't be in an institution and a job vacancy Flyer is made to recruit more people to come and make the institution move higher. And you a staff of that institution don't share that flyer. What you're subtly saying is that, I don't care about this company's growth, I want it to crumble.
What an unbelieving believer!
So why are you there? Resign from it!
Maybe you didn't know what you were doing.
That's why one of our jobs is to instruct and make sure that you follow well.
Followers are loyal to a vision primarily and not to a man.
Immediately the man veers off the path of the vision that was written and made plain, you focus on the vision that was set aforetime. Keep praying for that man.
As a mentor or leader, I don't believe that a mentee who has understood your vision and follows you will see something concerning the vision and stay indifferent. Once you see such, don't get angry, just understand that this one is an "unbeliever".
He or she doesn't believe in the vision and that's bad for the vision. Because an ambassador that doesn't believe in the constitution of a nation will misrepresent the nation.
Men who believe in men and not in the vision God has given the man will quickly become men pleasers and eye servants.
A man might falter and fall but the vision remains. If you find difficulties in being consistent in service when a man isn't around, check your alignment to the vision.
When you align to the God given vision, you align with God and you understand that it is God that is watching you and not the man. So care the man is present or not, your service remains genuine.

If the apostles were eye servants eh. I bet you that we won't have any gospel today.
They believed in Jesus (the man and the vision).
Well, Jesus the vision is a story for another day.
LEGACY IS BUILT ON VISION AND NOT MAN
