Cassava Processing Plant

Earlier this week, we visited one of the cassava processing machine owners. We wanted to make enquiry about harvesting and selling one of my friend's cassava.

They have matured and are a year and two months now. The woman, who is the owner of the processing plant showed interest and had to fix a date with my friend on when to harvest it.

Her job is go to the farm, pill the harvested cassava, and take it to her machine for grinding. Thereafter, they dry it, then fry it for selling.
