The Diary Game: Barbing My Hair And Being Awarded A Contract (04/08/2025)

Hello awesome people in the steemit platform, how is everything going? Well I am fine by God's grace and if I am to say the least, God has been grateful that is why I am here today to talk of my day, I was unable to do that yesterday, so sorry for that.

In the morning, I had an appointment with my boss who just came back, from there I will be going to church but one thing was an issue, my hair was really unkempt, I was still contemplating how I will barb the hair and look okay. So I called my barber to know if he is around, he told me he wasn't in the office yet so I waited for some times and when he called me back he told me he had arrived so I went and he started barbing me.

When I finished barbing my hair, I was now a fine bobo who and more confident in myself unlike before. The barber also did a nice job so I paid him and went back home to have my bath and clean off the remains of the hairs on me. When I got back home, I took my bath and ate the breakfast my wife prepared for me then I went out.

When I went to the man's house, I did not see him just immediately so the house attendant told me that I should wait because he was attending to other visitors, I waited for extra 1 hour for him, he was to give me a recommendation letter to go and submit somewhere so that I could be given contract for industrial cleaning. When he saw me, he apologized for the time wastage and then handed the letter that was in an envelope for me then I appreciated him and came back home.

On my way back home, I took this selfie and also called one of my staffs to tell him to get ready because another appointment is scheduled by 7pm this night because of the contract. Then I bought bread and ate while going back home because I was hungry, very hungry to say the least.

When I got back home, my wife said I should wait a little longer for her to serve me the food she had prepared, when she came out of the kitchen, she presented to me porridge water yam. I love this delicacy to the bone. I ate the first plate and asked for the second plate.

After eating, I was so satisfied so I went to bed to rest because I will be going out again to meet the person that was supposed to give me contract via the recommendation letter that was given to me by my boss in the morning. I slept since around 3pm till 5pm then the alarm I set began to ring and I woke up and took my bath then I went to the shop where I would see my staff so we walked together to the man's place.

After we got there, he was in his room observing his night prayer time, we had to just stay in the visitor's parlour and waited for him. Then when he came out, I handed him the letter after expressing pleasantries. He was glad to know that his friend recommended me to him. When he gave me the contract, he transferred 80% of the money to my account then I went back home, the remaining 20% will be wired later upon completion.

I was so happy when I came back, I broke the news out to my wife and she was happy, in the happiness I went to the fridge and removed drinks, we popped it and had the celebration till I was tired and decided to bath then got to my bed.
