It's amazing how time flies, it's been six years literally since the start of the anglophone crisis in cameroon, which have seen millions displaced , homes burnings and lives lost,.
The effect of this crisis have seen thousand drop out of school and most young people frustrated in different cities , just to paint a mental picture of bamenda as we see it.
In the wake of this crisis , the separatist fighters have successfully instituted
Mondays in the anglophone cameroon as a ritual ghost town, with everyone normalising their program as such.
However the Mondays ghost town have been , settled in the minds of the population , but with the rumors of the 2 weeks ghost town it sparked a different kind of emotional felling in town,.
This time the city of bamenda was taken by storm as heavy traffic congestion could be seen all over town, cars stooked for more than 5 hours on the same spot as every one was out in the different markets to stock food stuffs in their various House.
This influx caused a massive market attendance and sky rocketing prices, exploiting the masses.

To me am only motivated that the population of bamenda are doing all they can to take caution, and stay safe .
