My Cooking Skills: Cooking Atama Soup With Melon
Good evening @everyone and welcome to my blog. Hope you all had a tremendous day. Please, stay calm and I share my cooking skills with you all with love from @uyaiuyo
Ingredients For The Soup
→ Grinded melon
→ cow meat
→ cow skin
→ dried fish
→ crayfish
→ stock fish
→ pepper
→ palm oil
→ onions
→ seasoning cube
→ perewinkle
→ dried Atama leaves
Procedure
I started by making sure that all the recepes were handy. I washed and cut my cow meat and cow skin and then proceeded to steam it. I washed and soaked my stock fish with clean water to enhance it softness.
I proceeded to washed my pepper and selected my crayfish ready for pounding and of course that's my own pattern of cooking. I make sure that all my recepes are kept in place before I started cooking.
I washed and soak my perewinkle in salty water, then I proceeded to wash and prepared my dried fish.
I proceeded to mix my melon and before now, I had boiled water on fire to use and washed the dried Atama leaves.
I proceeded to heat enough quantity of palm oil on fire, allowed to hot a little and cut in my melon (with spoon) bit by bit and fry..... This is exactly how my hubby likes it.
After frying, I poured in my meat stock, added desired quantity of waster and allowed to cook. I went in with my stock fish, dried fish and allowed to steam.
I poured in my pepper and crayfish, added my perewinkle, went in with seasoning cubes and a little quantity of salt. Turned, confirmed taste and covered the pot.
I now poured in my Atama leaves, stirred, confirmed taste, allowed to steam and brought my Atama Soup down. Would you like to try this my recipe?
