Good morning from my motherland Nigeria @everyone and welcome to my blog. Hope we're doing pretty good. I was bereaved that's why I've been inactive for a while. Please, stay calm as I share this beautiful piece with love from @uyaiuyo
On this day, while still at home with my kids. I heard a knock on my door and I quickly opened to check who was at the door, lo and behold, it was my beautiful pregnant sister in-law.
I ushered her in, offered her a drink but she preferred water of which I offered to her . I quickly dashed into my kitchen to dish her food (rice and stew).
The moment she set her eyes on the food, she felt like vomiting and gave me a sign to take it back of which I did. You all know how pregnancy can messed a woman up na.
So, I asked in a very soft tone, iImaima, what do you want? She smiled and quickly whispered "egg soup" I nodded in agreement and quickly replied; please, stay calm let me quickly rushed to the market to get some recipes and add t the ones at home.
I quickly rushed to the market to get the following recipes.

Procedure
I peeled my onions, washed and cut into desired shapes and sizes.
I washed my eggs, break into a bowl, seasoned it with salt, seasoning cube, grinded pepper, onions and mixed it up together.
I washed and pounded my fresh pepper and after pounding, I poured in my prawns and pounded it as well.
I washed and put the pot on fire, I allowed it to dry before I poured in my palm oil. I allowed the oil to hot before I poured in my seasoned fresh eggs and fried, after frying, I added a little quantity of water to it.
I allowed the water to steam before I added some pepper and prawns.
I allowed to steam before I added my well sliced okra and I added the remaining pounded prawns and pepper.
I go in with my grinded pepper because sister in-law instructed that she wants it peppery and added my seasoning cubes and salt, confirmed the taste and allowed to steam.
I go in with the remaining onions stirred and tadahhhh the egg soup was ready.
I dished for my beautiful pregnant sister in-law and she ate and satisfied her cravings. This was how I satisfied my pregnant sister in-law cravings. Meanwhile, I was not left out because the last time I ate this soup was when I was still in school.
