The Diary Game: Janitorial Services, House Runs And Cooking|| Tuesday 2nd September, 2025||

In the morning, I woke up, prayed, exercised then proceed to clean up the house and prepared breakfast for the family.

I dressed the kids up and dropped them off at school for summer class, then proceeded to dress up and off to the location where my good friend @udoikotabasi collected contract for janitorial services in a newly built hotel. So this was me arriving at the location.

My good friend came down to receive me and this was me stepping into the reception and of course, loads of foam and other item were yet to be packed.

Since the cleaning has already been carried out in some apartments of the building, we had five rooms left to be cleaned upstairs so we quickly Mae used of the staircase and up we zoomed to the last floor and of course, all equipments needed to be used for the cleaning was put in place.

I quickly changed up and work started immediately. We started with the first room. We cleaned, washed, scrapped mopped the main apartment, the toilet and its newly fixed facilities, the doors, balcony and everywhere.

In the afternoon, we were still cleaning and by this time, we were in room number three (3). After cleaning the third apartments, we took a little break to eat and of course my friend sponsored the meal (we enjoyed white soup and garri) and further gave some some chill drinks and water.

In the evening, we were still cleaning apartment five(5). We finished cleaning the apartment at about 5:45pm and we went ahead to clean the pig temporary room and we finished few minutes pass 6pm.

We left the location and I got to my house almost 740pm and my family requested for rice and stew with white beans and egg. Imagine coming back from a tedious job instead of freshening up and rest, you started another work.... Lol

Family they say; is the bedrock of every society and so I carried my family requests for head like gala.... Smiles.

I quickly rushed to the nearby shop and got all the ingredients ready. I quickly washed and parboiled my rice. While rice was on fire, I pounded my secret ingredients, pounded my ginger, garlic and fresh pepper together. I booked and peel my eggs.

I proceeded to put my pan on fire, poured in my vegetable oil, allowed to be hot a little bit. Poured in my tomato paste and fried. After frying and making sure the slappy taste is no longer there. I now started putting my ingredients one after the other, confirmed taste, covered and allowed to steam for a while and my stew was ready. I could not boil beans again that night of which I boiled the following day.

I served my family, freshened up and retired to my bed at about 9:45pm. That was how I spent my day.
