Hello friends and family members on this prestigious ecosystem.Accept special greetings from Northwest region of Cameroon.It has been 8years now we are experiencing Ghost town day every Mondays .Due to the socio- political crisis that has hit the town for almost 8years .

This Ghost town has been declared by separatist fighters and for the fear of the unknown .The population has to respect and obey for their own safety. About 20000thoundand people have lost their life due tothe Anglophone crisis in my region.Its has not been easy for Government to resolve the conflict with separatists fighters .

Every Monday in location is declared as ghost .Everywhere locked , shops and business places .The streets are dry while people are indoors.It is possible to lose your life in hands of separatist fighters if you don’t obey their instructions. Early in the morning at 6:00am, I was up from bed .I prepared my kids breakfast and I had to work on my Master’s thesis for about 3hours .I had to stop and relaxed for sometime.

After, taking some fresh air and relaxing .My next agenda for the day was to prepare food.I already planned to prepare bitter leave with fufu corn .I had enough bitter leave in the fridge I washed and preserved the other day .I removed it from the Friday and fresh fish to defrost .Let me slice and prepare bitterleave soup.

I had tomato, onions ,Lics ,Country onions and white pepper to spice the bitterleave soup with .I decided to prepare the Ingridents and sliced my fish into desirable sizes ,Salted it and seasoned it for frying .I took like 1 hour to be done with the frying of fish and preparing my bitterleave soup .

We had to finished leftovers Jelof rice as our lunch for the day. After, I decided to arranged the house inorder and cleaned the windows and balcony to be neat .I discovered dust has fallen on it. When I was done places were very cold .The weather automatically changed to a rainy one .

Later, it was evening period I decided to freshened up after a busy day doing one thing to another. We all gathered as a family in the parlour chatting together.It was time for our dinner , I served my family bitterleave soup and Fufucorn.As well dish my share of food to eat .

We had some moments as a family eating at the thesame time. I had been busy throughout the day eventhough, is ghost town day in my location .Some people take it as their resting day but it was not thesame case with me. I ended my day by going to bed to sleep 😴.What a busy Ghost town day for me.Wishing everyone a blissful week.
