Yes... these are some of the factors as my guideline only... but not necessarily followed...

1st: Quality Content, 2nd: Engagement, 3rd: Support, 4th: Appeal...
but sometimes also because of pity... huhu!

Appeal factor = attraction; either in visual(s), interesting content, personality, emotion etc... based on individual interpretation... (subjective)
