Black sesame steamed buns
Materials
All-purpose flour 300 g
Cooked black sesame (powdered) 40g
yeast 2 g
Warm water 150g
Zero-calorie sugar (optional) 20g
Black sesame paste (bought black sesame paste for spreading on bread) Appropriate amount (about 80g)
Use a food processor to grind 40g of cooked black sesame seeds into coarse powder, pour it into 300g of flour, then add yeast and sugar and mix evenly.
Slowly add warm water to the flour, stirring it while pouring until it becomes dough, then knead it into dough. Let it rise for about 10 minutes and then knead it again. At this time, it is easy to knead it into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 8 portions and cover with plastic wrap. Take out a small piece of dough and roll it into a rectangular dough. Apply black sesame paste (about 10g) evenly on it.
Then roll it up from bottom to top, roll it into a tube shape, close it and pinch it tightly
Use a cutting knife to cut out the desired shape
Let it rise until the volume becomes larger and it will bounce back when you press it lightly.
Put the pot in cold water, steam for about 15 minutes after the steam comes up, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before serving
The whole house is filled with the aroma of black sesame
The steamed buns are very soft and it saves time to make them
