Steemit challenge pitch season 27: Veggiesvibe challenge pitch.
I want to thank the Steemit team for the opportunity to apply for this season’s challenge pitch, and this season, my pitch is what I titled “Veggiesvibe Challenge.”
About me
I am a dedicated steemian who have served in different capacities in the system and giving my best, I am presently a moderator in steem fashion and style community, ladies universe and traveling steem community and also acting as a community curator with newcomers team.
I am a certified culinary consultant from enrolling in a culinary school here in my country with over 10 years experience in the culinary world or cuisines, snacks, pasteries and cooking in general and it’s from that wealth of experience, I’d love steemians to take a peak into the beautiful world of vegetarians.
Veggiesvibe Challenge is all about diving into the world of vegetarian meals. This challenge is unique and different because Over the challenge seasons we have seen different challenges on culinary arts and foods, but none have spotlighted the vegetarian lifestyle. This challenge aims to explore the vegetarian plate, inspire creativity, and create more awareness about this healthy dietary path.
Before diving into the tasks, let me briefly explain what vegetarianism is.
Vegetarianism is a lifestyle and diet choice that excludes meat, fish, and poultry, but may include other animal by-products such as eggs, honey, and dairy. Vegetarians focus mainly on plant-based foods: vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds—sometimes complemented with dairy or eggs depending on the type of vegetarian.
Benefits of Vegetarianism:
- Supports heart health and digestive wellness.
- Helps in maintaining a healthy weight and balanced energy levels.
- Reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
- Encourages food choices that are eco-friendly and sustainable.
- Provides room for cultural creativity and diverse meal variations.
Challenge Goal:
The goal of this challenge is to help us adopt and enjoy a healthier, more balanced vegetarian style of eating that is delicious, accessible, and adaptable across cultures.
