Contest 36 | Your Favorite Outfit This Week.
There's this trending style of senator wear most young male adults like men usually put on official events and the like. It's a senator with three-quarter sleeve. Have you sewn this style before with an Ankara material?
What's your favorite outfit this week? Describe it by sharing its photos. |

My favorite outfit for this week is the photo that is below; it's a stylish traditional attire that completely blends elegance, modernity, and culture. The outfit is a finely tailored native shirt made from high-quality African fabric called Ankara. The design features a beautiful style of dark blue floral prints on a soft grey studio background, creating a classy yet professional appearance. The tailor paired it with a simple black cloth on the neck, hands, and bag with a wristwatch, also black, to keep the overall style balanced and sharp. The outfit fits me comfortably, as it enhances my confidence whenever I put it on.
Why I like this outfit |
---|
The reason why I love this outfit is because it features both my cultural heritage and my sense of modern fashion style. It's a perfect example of how traditional African fashion can be worn both in classy and contemporary ways. The colors, blue and grey, are calm and mature, making me look professional, neat, handsome, cool, and polished.
It's completely comfortable, made from a soft fabric that allows good ventilation. Another paramount reason is that it feels versatile; I can wear it anywhere, especially to formal gatherings like church, family events, or even casual outings, to mention but a few. Anytime I wear it, I get compliments, which boosts my confidence; this makes it even more important.
Where I got the outfit |

This outfit that I'm talking about was gotten from a local fashion designer's boutique in Okopedi, Akwa Ibom State. The designer specializes in custom-made African outfits and pays close attention to detail. The shop is located near the Okopedi Market area, a few meters away from St. John's Parish Catholic Church, Okopedi
