SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 53

Hello all,
This is my entry to the "SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 53" contest in the "Steem Fashion&Style" community, organized by @ashkhan.
I took this interesting picture during our visit to the Faculty of Technology, University of Jaffna. The university was located in Arival Nagar, Kilinochchi, Sri Lanka. It was a visit to the TechInn 2024 conference, the 2nd international conference of the Technology Faculty, University of Jaffna.
We arrived at the university guest house on the day before the conference. The next morning, we could reach the faculty. We got a warm and traditionally enriched welcome of the Tamil culture at the entrance of the faculty.
So, this image is the beautiful Kolam art created at the conference hall's entrance.

At the reception, we received a warm welcome from the Tamil girls. They all put pottu on our foreheads, reminding us of the beautiful Tamil culture.
Then, arrived at the inauguration ceremony. It was a simple ceremony, which consisted of the speeches of the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Chancellor, Heads of the Departments, and the Guest of Honour. After around 1.5 hours, the ceremony was concluded. After taking the refreshments, we could attend the technical sessions.
After the 1st round of the technical sessions, we took lunch. Then, we attended the 2nd round of the technical sessions. After successfully concluding the 2nd session, we could reach the guest house to take a quick bath. After being refreshed, we could leave for Jaffna.
